Nordic Schoolnet
The Nordic Schoolnet is a service from the Nordic Council of Ministers aimed at facilitating and stimulating partnership between schools, teachers and students in the Nordic region. A vital part of this is the close collaboration between the Nordic Schoolnet and various Nordic organisations and institutions such as the national Schoolnets and the various national programme offices. The Swedish National Agency for School Improvement has been commissioned by the Council of Ministers to be responsible for the web service.nordicplate.org
Gocept realised the content management system of the website nordicplate.org, which is part of the Nordic Schoolnet. It is a Nordic Website designed for teaching children in the upper classes of basic comprehensive schools. At Nordicplate you can search for information about food, test your knowledge of food and check the nutritional value of foods.

For a drawn image competition we developed a Plone addon allowing children to send in their scanned paintings in two different age groups. Afterwards visitors of the site were able to vote for the best image.
A special XML interface has been created, allowing the swedish image archive to access images and their data.
