Plone is emerging as the CMS of choice in the Asia Pacific region. To ensure this trend continues the AsiaPacific Plone user group invites all Plone developers from companies, Governments, non-profits and individuals to join and contribute.

The launch of Plone Asia Pacific user group reflects growing interest for open source software around the world. The objectives of the user group are to encourage collaboration on technical issues, coding projects, business development and marketing. By enabling cross border collaboration, these international user groups foster the creation of innovative services and support the development of local economies.

This successful group actually counts on participants from Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
