Customer management and billing system for an electricity supply company.OpenApp developed a Plone based customer management and billing system for CHPower. The second revision, developed to support the ESB's Marketing Opening Program, was delivered in partnership with the client in 6 months and has enabled them to build a broad customer base in both business and consumer markets.
System features include:- Integration with MaxDB (formerly Sap Database) for invoice calculations and metering information.
- Creation of individual invoices for all customers, delivered as books of invoices to financial personnel and printing services, and individual customer folders for customer management.
- All older paper invoices scanned and managed consistent with new content.
- Customer files, including all contact information and all correspondence created and managed within the system.
