Bika lab systems

Bika is a lab information management system developed by Upfront Systems for Bika Lab Systems. It is developed in Plone, and relies heavily on its workflow tool for the management of analysis request within the lab. Results are automatically published to the client via the web, email or fax. Using Python as the development language proved to be crucial in developing custom integration with laboratory instrumentation.
